Open Edge and go to savetiktok.sbs.
Paste the link, click Download.
Click Download Video on the preview.

Finding Your Download

Press Ctrl+J to open Edge's download manager, or click the download icon (a downward arrow) in the toolbar to see recent files and jump straight to them in File Explorer.

Changing Where Edge Saves Files

Go to Settings → Downloads. You can change the default save folder, or toggle "Ask me what to do with each download" to choose a location every time.
